I made a transfer that failed, but the money left my account. How long do reversals usually take, and how do you escalate?

If the bank does not resolve it, you can escalate to the central bank's consumer protection channel.

Usually 24 to 48 hours. If it takes longer, log a complaint with the bank and keep the reference number.
