• You must meet the minimum age required to hold an account under the laws that apply to you.

2. Acceptable use

When using 234Chatter, don't post or do any of the following:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of another member.
• Spam, or impersonation of another person or organization.
• Anything that breaks a community guideline the moderators publish.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give 234Chatter the license to display, store, and distribute it as part of running the forum. You're responsible for what you post, and for making sure you have the right to post it.

4. Moderation

Moderators and admins may hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that break these terms, at their discretion, including suspending or banning an account. Reported content is reviewed through our moderation process.

5. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimers

234Chatter is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the forum will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 234Chatter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the forum.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use 234Chatter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
